Return Policy

RETURNS

We accept returns of damaged candles withing 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

After we receive the package, we will inspect the contents within a reasonable time and issue you a refund equal to the value of the items returned.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable when making a return. If your order qualified for free shipping, actual shipping costs to send your original package to you will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

We do not have a formal exchange system. You are welcome to request a return and place a new order afterward.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel all In-Stock orders and Preorders if your order has not yet shipped. Contact us before your order ships to request a cancellation.

RETUN-TO-SENDER

Packages returned to us by the courier will be treated as a return once the package has been re-delivered. Any fees required to process the return-to-sender will be deducted from the total refund.

Return-to-sender packages are those that are 1) undeliverable due to an invalid address provided by the customer, 2) unclaimed past a hold expiration date at the customer's local post office or similar location (such as a UPS Access Point), or 3) rejected by the customer at the time of delivery.

Ways to Repurpose our candles

The beauty of a concrete vessel is that they can be cleaned and used as a container to hold makeup brushes, pencils, and other supplies. You can also reuse the container to plant succulants.

Once the candle has completey burned, you can remelt the last of the remaining wax. Take a paper towel or blot out the remaining wax and remove the wick and holder. Clean the vessel with soap and water and let air dry. Now the vessel is able to be used again.
